With declining participation rates among rangatahi, supporting and advocating for young people and ensuring their voices are heard is more important than ever. Te Rauparaha Arena Aquatic Centre’s Manu Board project is a great example of how youth voice can be meaningfully incorporated into decision-making and facility planning.
